We recommend booking your preservation during the funeral planning stage, once all details are confirmed, so we can check availability in advance.

We understand this isn't always possible, it's often something families think of after the service has taken place. Please don't worry; simply get in touch and we will do everything we can to accommodate your flowers.

Due to their delicate nature, finished keepsakes must be collected in person and cannot be posted.

It is best to preserve flowers as soon as possible, ideally within two days. They can be hand delivered or posted to our studio.
